Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary is a sanctuary for abused and neglected animals run by one incredible 77 year old lady - whose work each day for these wonderful furry beings - would be challenging to a person half her age. This lady is in desparate need for donations, volunteers and a donation or long term lease (10 or more years) of a house and land (10 plus acres) so that she and her volunteers can continue their important work. Their lease has now expired. PLEASE HELP !  http://www.second-chance.ws/

Toronto German Shepard Dog Rescue

Abbey Cat Adoptions is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding permanent homes for abandoned cats and kittens in the Greater Toronto Area. Due to an overwhelming number of kittens born each year there are hundreds of healthy young cats and kittens who are at risk of euthanasia in overcrowded shelters or exposure to the elements in the coming winter months.
